Evolve Customer Care with Collaboration

Using collaboration technology to improve customer service gives your company an
opportunity to evolve beyond traditional service models to create better
customer relationships. While the telephone will always be an option, many
customers want experiences where chat, social media, video and self-service are
also part of the norm.

Darlene Storm: FEMA trains for zero day attack on US infrastructure by 'The Void' hacktivists

FEMA concluded a National Level Exercise that depicted
potentially catastrophic cyberattacks by hacktivists 'The Void' who
were armed with zero day exploits to attack America's critical
infrastructure. The cybersecurity exercise is purely fictional, but it was the
first time the FEMA NLE was cyber-centric focused. It also included an
ex-employee with system access, an employee falling for a social engineering USB
attack that created backdoors, extortion and general cyber threat chaos caused
by hacktivists. Even President Obama participated in
the fictitious cybersecurity nightmare.
