We’re giving away a trip to Patagonia for Two

The Founding Editor at Ori Magazine invited us to partner on this special giveaway. We're offering a fully comped, 7-night stay for two at Hotel AWA, a 5-star B-Corp hotel perched on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, in Chile's stunning Lake District, plus $1,000 in airfare, and thousands of dollars worth of gear.

One of our favorite parts about building Ombraz is introducing our audience to other brands and organizations we admire. I recently sat down with the founding editor at Ori Magazine to explore a potential collaboration. Ori is a new bi-annual print travel magazine powered by local creatives around the globe. Instead of sending writers and photographers to distant lands, they work with folks who call these places home, promoting respectful tourism and cultural exchange. One thing that sets Ori apart is their Creative Grant - supporting creatives is an increasingly difficult task in this economy. Ori allocates 2% of their annual revenue into a Creative Grant. Subscribers vote on their favourite contributing piece from each issue, and the winning creator is given a non-binding grant to fund their next journalism project. This is a full-circle approach and a promise to continue believing in these stories and the people who tell them. That's something we want to get behind.
