Darlene Storm: Court says no stinking suspicion required for gov't to search devices at U.S. border
U.S. border agents don't need any stinking reasonable suspicion to search
laptops, cell phones or other electronic devices at the border, according to a
federal judge who tossed out a case challenging such electronic gadget searches

electronic device searches do not violate your First or Fourth Amendment rights,
he suggested for people to go back to pre-21st century travel across the U.S.
border . . . meaning just don't take any gadgets with you.
