Although started in secret, the massive spying powers granted to the National Counterterrorism Center include access to any U.S. government database in order to analyze that stored info for suspicious patterns of behavior or for terrorism indicators. Data on innocent Americans can be collected and stored for five years, just in case you might commit future crimes. All it takes is a notice to be published on the Federal Register and your privacy rights are nonexistent. More data-wiping malware found in Iran
A new piece of malware that deletes entire partitions and user files from infected computers has been found in Iran, according to an alert issued Sunday by Maher, Iran's Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center. Read More
