Darlene Storm: 4chan & Anonymous target director of Smiley Halloween horror movie

Smiley, a low budget Halloween horror film, is about a college student who
learns of an urban legend on 4chan's /b/ board involving a mysterious and masked
serial killer named "Smiley" that can be summoned via the Internet.
The power of social network sharing is part of the marketing, but now the 4chan
and Anonymous collectives have targeted director Michael Gallagher,
aka TotallySketch. Since the prerelease of the horror movie, Gallagher has
been spammed with at least 40 harassing calls, texts, emails and
voicemails every minute, including death threats. There have been so many
threats, that the FBI is allegedly deciding whether or not to open an
investigation into the 'bizarre, life-imitates-art situation.'
