Dell Inspiron Zino HD Mini PC, $400
Dell's Inspiron Zino HD mini desktop did well in our tests and would make a great home theater PC. A configuration with a dual-core 2.3-GHz AMD Athlon II X2 P360 processor and 1TB hard drive similar to what we tested usually costs over $500. Until the end of June, however, you can get that configuration for only $400. Just go to the Dell site and select the suggested model to get an automatic $34 off, then enter coupon code 5TK?LC9VJ5F$33 at checkout to take another $100 off the price.

Sony Bravia XBR-46HX909 LCD HDTV, $2500
Sony's 46-inch Bravia XBR-46HX909 is loaded with high-end features including Internet access and DLNA compatibility. The LCD HDTV has good image quality and handles motion very well--but our reviewer was annoyed by its high $3000 price at launch. He might like the Bravia XBR-46HX909 better now, though: TigerDirect.com is selling Sony's HDTV for $2500, with free shipping.
