Recent leaks about surveillance programs at the U.S. National Security Agency
show an agency with little regard for the U.S. Constitution and laws on the

Opera Software said Wednesday hackers pilfered from its internal systems at
least one code-signing certificate that was used to sign malicious software.

A U.K.-based researcher has netted US$20,000 for spotting a very serious flaw in
Facebook that could have allowed an attacker to take over anyone's account with
minimal effort.

One well-known gang of hackers contributed to cyberattacks on South Korea on
Tuesday, which coincided with the 63rd anniversary of the start of the Korean
