A Judge in the UK has demanded Apple [AAPL] pay for a series of ads in which it claims Samsung did not "copy" the iPad design. That's strange, because in the US a second Judge has declared the two firm's tablets to be near identical. Naturally, Apple will appeal against the UK court order.
