| | Wooooo! We've assembled an adept, focused, and fully-remote 16-person team. Our goal? Continued, sustainable growth that cements Ombraz as the best-performing sunglasses in the active outdoor space and establishes us as the household name of the armless category. We're having an absolute blast building this brand, and we can't wait for what's coming next.
What are we working on in 2024?
Increasing Ombraz' brand awareness is mission-critical. Still, not enough people know our armless sunglasses exist. This year, we're expanding into retail, where gearheads can discover us and try out the armless concept in real life (not just purchase on a whim from an Instagram ad). We're shooting for placement in SEVENTY-FIVE specialty gear shops in key outdoor markets by the end of 2024 and 300 by the end of next year.
We've built out a highly anticipated events team to hit the road on a 30-stop outdoor events tour across the American West this year. Think ice climbing festivals, bike rallies, whitewater festivals, running races, demo days, and surf contests. We'll be releasing our full event schedule next week!

CAMMINA | | | Launching May 2024. Cammina, v. 'to walk' in Italian. This slender frame draws on vintage subtleties for a sophisticated look. The Cammina complements all genders and looks fantastic on a wide range of face shapes. This frame is just as suitable for exploring the alpine as it is for strolling to your favorite corner cafe. There's something incredibly special and secret about this frame, but you'll have to wait to discover what it is once it's in your hands. :) | | |
NOSE PAD RISERS | | | Launching May 2024. We've built removable nose pad risers for each frame in our armless collection. Made from the same material as our Side Shields, each riser affixes to the pre-existing nose pads, lifting the frames away from your face. This increases ventilation and prevents fogging during rigorous activity. The risers also enable a better fit on Asian nose bridges to better serve our growing community with our armless design. (Japan is currently our second biggest international market. Japanese people love the armless concept, which is a major testament to the design :) | | |
FLOATIE | | | Available Now. Ombraz don't fall off during regular use, however, if you're paddling around in the surf, diving off a cliff, or dropping past a keeper hole on the river (god forbid), your Ombraz could potentially slip off. Our new floatie wraps around the cord and locks back to itself, ensuring your Ombraz pop back up to the surface, let's just hope you do too. | | |
