Weekly Patriots Roundup: Biden Plummets in the Polls

Even Democrats are saying he's unfit for office.

Nancy Pelosi, age 83, is seeking her 20th term in the House. Mitch McConnell, age 81, freezes on live television again, after ironically being asked if he plans to run for reelection. Joe Biden, age 80, weak and decrepit, the oldest president in US history (you know the one) is still wandering off stage, babbling incoherently and tanking in the polls. This is getting old ... pun definitely intended.

Polls Spell Disaster For Joe Biden's '24 Reelection Campaign  Two new polls this week, one from The Wall Street Journal and the other from CNN, are foreshadowing a rough election year for President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party as the octogenarian continues to stoke concern among voters — even Democrats — that he's unfit for office. According to the new CNN poll, 46% of voters said that any Republican presidential nominee would be preferred over Biden. Seventy percent say things in the nation are going badly, and a mere  33% of those polled described the president as someone they’re proud to have in the Oval Office. The poll found a whopping 49% of Democrats share concerns over the president's age. A majority of Americans also believe Biden played a hand in his son Hunter's business dealings while he was vice president, the poll said. Similarly damning, the WSJ poll found Trump leading Biden by 11 points on the question of who had a better record. Trump also led Biden by 10 points in perceived mental fitness to hold office. Both polls are so alarming for the president that even liberal pundits are "freaking out," with CNN's political director warning that Biden's historically low approval ratings suggest the president is barreling toward sure defeat in November 2024.

The Long-Awaited Trump/Kelly Rematch: Podcast host Megyn Kelly announced she will air an interview with Donald Trump on Sept. 14 nearly seven years after their infamous debate showdown in 2016. Kelly promised the interview would be "tough" and "spicy."
