STARTING IN 2023, the IAPP will use the term "ANAB-accredited" to describe our CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM and CIPT certifications, replacing "ANSI/ISO-accredited." The description is different, but the accreditation is the same. ANSI made the change because ANAB, the American National Accreditation Board, is the ANSI sub-group that evaluates and accredits professional certifications.
