Darlene Storm: Fighting unconstitutional stingray phone surveillance that tracks innocent people

The EFF and ACLU are fighting against unconstitutional stingray surveillance
that tracks countless thousands of innocent people in real time through their
smartphones. You don't even have to be using your mobile device for it to be
tricked into connecting to a stingray fake cell phone tower; some can pinpoint
you within two meters as well as eavesdrop and capture the contents of your
communications. Ignoring your Fourth Amendment rights, the feds believe no
search warrant is needed; and a general court order that doesn't explain the
secretive technology to a judge was likened to an 'all you can eat buffet' for
snoopers.
